ITINERARY

DAY 01: ARRIVE IN HANOI

The tour guide & driver will be welcoming you at Noi Bai airport start the 5D4N tour. It takes us 35 minutes driving to the centre of Hanoi then check-in at hotel.

Then if the time permits we will have chance to see the highlights of the city:

Let’s start our city tour from Tran Quoc pagoda, the oldest pagoda in Hanoi then continue to Ba Dinh Square – where all biggest cultural, political events of the cities for taking photos of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.

Later we will pay a quick visit to see Saint Joseph Cathedral which was built in 1884 by the French colonial government in the late 19th century, specifically during the time when Vietnam was part of French Indochina.

Night activities suggestion: enjoy local beer at Ta Hien Streets, experience the ambience of sleepless street with life music, the young people of Hanoi and also foreign tourists. Hundred of bars and pubs in the Old Quarter are also at your disposal.

DAY 02: MUA CAVE – CYCLING – BICH DONG PAGODA – TAM COC BOAT RIDE

8.00: After breakfast, Our guide will pick you up to Ninh Binh tour.

10.00: Short break for happy room, local coffee at the rest stop.

11.00: Start cycling from Tam Coc to discover the natural beauty of countryside. This biking trip brings you a unique experience of learning about the local people’s life.

11.30: Visit Bich Dong pagoda. Bich Dong (which literally means “Green Pearl Grotto”) includes 3 different palaces on three levels (160 steps): Lower, Middle & Upper pagoda. Bich Dong Pagoda is located in Dam Khe village, Ninh Hai commune, Hoa Lu district, Ninh Binh province. This is a cultural and historical relic that has been ranked as a special national monument and is located in the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural and Natural Heritage. Originally constructed in 1428 during the reign of Emperor Ly Thai To.

12.00: Having lunch with Vietnamese cuisine

13.30: Arrive at Tam Coc boat station. Here you will spend around 1.5 hours on bamboo boat to explore ” Ha Long Bay on land“. This boat trip will take you down Ngo Dong river, pass through beautiful rice fields & limestone karst formation & a natural cave system including 3 caves called Hang Ca, Hang Hai, Hang Ba (Vietnamese meaning: 1,2,3).

15.30:We will continue our trip to Mua Cave – climb to the top of the mountain, enjoy the panoramic view of Ninh Binh City and Tam Coc village.

17.00: Departure for Hanoi.19.30: Back to hotel.

DAY 03: HANOI – HALONG BAY (B, L, D)

08:00 – 08:45: After breakfast, Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Start 2.5 hours road journey on shuttle limousine bus.

11:30 – 12:00: Welcome to Rosy Cruise. You will be given a short briefing about your cruise while sipping your welcome drink in the restaurant.

12:30: Enjoy a typical lunch in the luxury dining room while Ha Long 2 days Cruise slowly

glides between the numerous small islands and the sea-green color.

15:00: Drop anchor for swimming or just simply sunbathe on our cruise (private, wild and fresh air). Also, you can do kayak under our tour guide’s instructions to explore many beautiful spots.

16:30: Come back to Ha Long Cruise

17:30: Summit on the sundeck for watching the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin, you are invited to Sunset party (we serve you local snacks and fresh fruits) and do not miss the special offer “Happy hours – buy 2 get 1 for free” (from 17:30 to 19:00).

18:00: You take part in a cooking demonstration. We will guide you how to make the traditional Vietnamese dish – deep fried spring rolls.

21:00: After dinner, reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at a panoramic bar or go down to the entrance of the cruise for the squid fishing (We open the light and prepare the squid fishing rods).

DAY 4: LAN HA BAY – HALONG BAY – HANOI (B, L, D)

05:30 – 06:00: Wake up early for the sunrise (depends on the season and the weather)

Enjoy Tai Chi session on the sundeck (If it is not raining). Tai Chi helps focus the mind and condition the body.

06:30: Light breakfast is served in the dining room with the morning view of the bay’s landscape.

07:30: Traditional bamboo sampan or kayaking activities in the Light cave area – a perfect destination for the adventurous visitor who would love to row or kayak on calm water surface while enjoying the cave’s impressive stonewalls.

08:30: Come back to Ha Long Cruise and pack your luggage.

09:15: Check-out, settle your bills and return the room keys at the reception area

09:30: Delicious brunch is served with a set menu.

10:45: After disembarking from Ha Long Cruise, you will be transferred by tender to Tuan Chau Marina

11:30: Return to Hanoi by comfortable air-con vehicle.

15.00: Arrive in Hanoi, check in the hotel, and rest. Free Dinner (tour guide’s recommendation)
